Hi there! Note our free classes on Saturdays from 3-430. Also, here's the schedule from February 4-16. Note, we have hot classes now! Click on the image to enlarge.
Hi Jon! The hot classes in Greenhills haven't really taken off yet albeit a lot of interest.
Ganesh and I have put together a series of postures for it and we're ready to go. But the heaters are too high up and the ceilings are high so not too much heat where the students are.
The contractors should get it fixed by this week, either they work when lowered or we'll need more heaters.
Wow, the hot flow should be an interesting class. I'm sure it will take off soon.
Practice has been consistent. One good thing about working here in Riyadh is having the time to do practice everyday.
Dati sa Pinas kailangan ko pa rumaket to make sure I'd be able to pay the rent at the end of the month so practice was not very consistent. Teaching in UP was very fulfilling but if I hadn't come here, I wouldn't have the means to go to Thailand and India to pursue this passion for yoga.
Hi again! Gosh, I do miss talking to you. Makamingaw ka man uy.
Yes, I am confident the hot classes will be popular as there's a LOT of interest. I think its because it is seen as a big help in weight loss.
I'll keep you posted when its up and running.
Good news on your daily practice. Mine has been steady as well, I just have to schedule it in now that I'm teaching. Did full practices these last 2 days and I was flying. I'm convinced it was also partly due to the acupuncture I had (under the weather these last 3 days, the new moon created havoc in my system).
I'm excited that you'll be in AYRI when I'm there. Always nice to be with familiar faces. Also nervous ha as I have no idea what to expect.
Excited na ko. It will be nice to go there and see familiar faces. 1 or two of my tt mates might be there as well.
I still have to email Ganesh and ask him to pick me up from Bangalore. There's an option to take Shatabhi Express pero gabii man gud abot sa akong flight so kapoy na maghulat. And since it's my first time, might be more convenient to do that. Lana said Ganesh also rents out one of his rooms so I can stay there for a couple of days until I find a place. Saka na ko magpakaadventurer sa 2nd trip. Talawang dako ang cagas, hahaha.
Interesting to note that we do affected by moon days. Subtle or not, somehow it shifts some things in the energetic level.
"Remember that the best expectation is to have no expectations at all." Ambot asa nako ni nakuha...I just thought about it. ;-)
Hi Jon! Wait, we're not talking about the same Ganesh ha, the Ganesh of which I speak is my fellow teacher here at Pulse.
Thanks a mil for the flight info, by the way, will make sure to look it up. May want a Singapore or HK stop to take some yoga there and see friends.
Yes, I'm sure India will be intimidating but I'm so impressed by how you're already booked and prepared to go!
Yes, I didn't think moon days affected me before, I'd just practice, and practice, and practice without even marking such days. Maybe somehow, we get more sensitive.
I went to see my acupuncturist though and I did I have a lot of trapped heat. I feel so much better and even now when I teach, I'm not perspiring so much, balance has been restored, or as much as it can be for now.
Yeah, different Ganesh. Ganesh the AYRI guy I was talking about.
My mind has always been on Mysore. So now that I have the means to travel, nothing will hold me back, hehehe. A bit scary as I said before because I'll be jobless until December.
For most OFWs, leaving this job in Riyadh might be the craziest thing to do. Mad as it might be, I know I'm doing the right decision.

How's the hot classes like? Do you teach hot flow as well?

Sigh, on a learning curve here.
How's your practice?

We simply have to trust the Cosmic Wind.
